On march 14 2005, a black school girl from Fairmount Park Elementary refused to participate and became agitated for an unknowned reason. She tore up paper, jumped on tables repeatedly and tried to hit her teacher...
The teacher tried to calm her without touching her and later on had her mother called.
It's around 2 pm and the mother informs the school that she won't be able to make it before 15:15.

The schoold then decides to call the police...
